I’d dated his brother.
He didn’t remember and I wish I could forget.
I may have sworn off the Wright family a long time ago. But when I returned home, Jensen Wright crashed into my life with the confidence of a billionaire CEO and the sex appeal of a god. Even I couldn’t resist our charged chemistry, or the way he fit into my life like a missing puzzle piece.
Too bad he’d forgotten the one thing that could destroy us.
Because Jensen Wright doesn’t share. Not with anyone. And if his brother finds out, this could all go down in flames.
When it all was said and done, was he the Wright brother?
You are going to fall in love with Jensen Wright!
Jensen Wright is the sexy, eldest Wright sibling. He is a billionaire CEO of his family’s business. He loves his family. He hasn’t had it easy the last few years and it has left him hardened and untrusting.
Emery Robinson swore off all Wright brothers after Landon Wright, her high school sweetheart, broke her heart. But after being gone from Lubbock for 10 years, she’s back and Jensen Wright is inexplicably interested in her. Emery has had her share of problems over the last few years that have left her untrusting.
When these two first “meet” (because they knew each other years back), Jensen doesn’t recognize Emery and she doesn’t want to deal with a Wright brother. That doesn’t stop the chemistry between them from become a waiting explosion of lust. These two were on fire. I enjoyed that they faced real issues and handled them in a real way. There was fighting and jealousy and honest to goodness mistrust. No meek, wimpy girl in Emery. Nope. She was strong and confident and I loved it. It drives me nuts when the heroine just bends at every turn.
The story really good. It goes beyond the usual family member’s ex trope. Add in the excellent secondary characters and some family drama and you get a wonderful story!
